Who we are

What we collect

• The mailing list. Your email address, your language (EN or HU), where you signed up, when you agreed, which version of the consent text you saw, and when you confirmed or unsubscribed.
• An anonymous visit count. We count page views per day (which page, which site you came from, phone or computer) so we can see whether the word is getting out. It uses no cookies and stores no IP address, user agent or anything that identifies you. Apart from that: no advertising trackers and no cookies for visitors.
• The door list. For events, the team keeps a guest list (name, plus-guests, a note). It is used at the door only and deleted after the event.

Why, and on what basis

To send you announcements and the venue reveal. The basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box and confirming the link we email you (double opt-in).

Who processes it for us

Resend (email delivery), our hosting provider in the EU (database and files), and Clerk (sign-in for the team only, never for visitors). We do not sell or share your address.

How long

Until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only the address with an “unsubscribed” mark, so that we do not write to you again, and the record of your consent.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe with one click from any mail, and ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to restrict its use. You can complain to the Hungarian authority (NAIH, naih.hu).
